The service
Duebook is a Shopify app that records accounts-receivable data, enforces merchant-defined credit limits at checkout, and sends statements and payment reminders the merchant configures.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed by Shopify through Shopify App Pricing and appear on the merchant's Shopify invoice. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription immediately; Duebook never bills after uninstall.
What Duebook is not
Duebook is bookkeeping software, not an accountant, auditor, or credit bureau. It does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice, does not extend credit, and does not decide who should receive it — merchants set their own limits and terms.
Availability and support
Support is written, by email, with a first reply within one business day. Reconciliation discrepancies are alerted to us automatically and treated as incidents.
